We live in a time that is constantly renewing and developing. You can see this in various fields: cars, phones, networks, smart home, etc.But it fwwls like there is one category that is lagging behind - pet health service in Israel.
According to “Globes” – about 60% of Adults between the age of 25 – 60 own a pet in Israel. To understand their pain points i did a user research so i could understand what pet owners do to keep up with their pet’s health life today and how an app could make their life easer
Owners have to write down everything in their phone and feel pretty overloaded with all the info they have to remember and keep. they look for an efficient and time-saving solution to gather all the reminders, medical history records and a place to use the insurance.
Owners need to call their vet to make an appointment or just to ask a question. They have to remember what was said and agreed in the call and they find it pretty frustrating.
Pet owners say getting insurance for their pet can be very confusing. There are many pet insurances on the market today and the owners have to do deep research. Relevant information can be hard to find - does the insurance work with the vet? Does it cover all treatments?
pet owners in Israel struggle to manage their pets’ health life due to a lack of technological solutions and messy and unorganized information.
Like scheduling appointments by phone calling (today’s society hate to make phone calls), relying on manual reminders to keep track of medical information, or the annoying research for pet insurance. A digital app would simplify these processes by providing an all-in-one platform for managing their pet's healthcare needs.
At this point, I’m building an information architecture so i can see how many screens the app includes and organize them in a hierarchical structure while creating subcategories
Based on the user research, I designed a streamlined home screen that highlights the most important actions and information for pet owners.

Used Tools: Midjourney & illustrator
I wanted to create consistent characters to align with the brand's message
I also used Adobe Illustrator to convert the images into vector
When users log into the app for the first time, they need to enter the subscription number they received when they purched the subscription, and then verify the details. Also, the user has the option to upload a profile photo of their pet and change it later
This is the first screen in the appointment booking process. The consistent pet illustrations help users quickly identify services and help build familiarity and emotional connection.
An easy and a quick way to schedule an appointment.
Users can choose the service they want for their pet, the vet, and of course the vet
**thanks to my schoolmates for agreeing to use their faces for ai vets portraits
I designed and animated a TV-style commercial for the project using Adobe Character Animator to convey the idea in a funny and engaging way for a wide audience.
I created a corporate website that its aim is to explain Kupet’s purpose and what audience can get when they joining Kupet. I focused on showing the content in a playful and cute yet clean UI, with a combination of real vibe photos and cute drawings to let the audience feel connected and trust the product.
