A boutique e-commerce website for a minimalist skincare line. EVERY SINGLE PHOTO & content in this project was built with Claude.Ai & Midjorney with Adobe photoshop touch ups.
This project began as a semester-end assignment - A boutique skincare brand with 9 products i needed to build and design in code HTML&CSS.
As i was looking through the project i felt like i had to make it better. because it defiantly had a potential.
I worked with Claude AI, understanding it’s the best platform to help me with the UX flow. Our collaboration started with the foundations: establishing the brand's aim and exploring typography that would reflect its premium yet approachable nature.
Through out the process, we found the perfect typeface combination.
The heart of this project was creating a 9-product collection. Working with Claude AI, we developed detailed product descriptions, from cleansers to serums.
Each product needed its own visual identity, so we crafted specific Midjourney prompts to generate product imagery that matched the aesthetic.
Once I achieved the perfect AI-generated base images, I edited them in Photoshop, adding the logo and fine-tuning the details to maintain brand consistency.
Through carefully crafted prompts with the help of Claud.Ai, I created consistent product shots showing models with dewy skin, natural makeup, and elegant poses holding various of the company’s products.
Before diving into design, I focused on the website's core purpose and what kind of service i want give.
Since Claude.Ai helped me think of 9 products and and split them into categories it was easier for me to build an Information architecture.
All i had to think about was the character - the person who invented the company - Dr. Eden - a chemist turned skincare founder - and adding value beyond products. How can i build trust with clients? Maybe by including skin diagnosis services
